2. In the Port box, type the port number that is used by the server for client connections.
3. Click to select the Bypass server for addresses. Check the box if you don't want the server computer to be used when you connect to a computer on the network.
4. Click ok to exit out of the LAN Settings box.
5. Click ok again to exit out of Internet Options.
If those ways do not suit you there is another option to keep in mind. You can use IP resolution to get in to or unblock a website with a weak firewall and/or filter. Remember that this works only for filters/firewalls that check for the domain name; the website can not be blocked. This is not something to be too worried about simply because the domain name is most likely similar to the IP address.
This method is only for desperate situations and all other ways should be tried before this one. This method is for a person wishing to block/unblock a website in a country that's World Wide Web is monitored. An example would be most Islamic Countries.
